We have a long-standing experience in the legal support of cross-border projects, transactions centralizing on foreign jurisdictions and cross-border mergers. In this context, we rely on our good contacts to leading lawyers in other jurisdictions. We advise both, foreign group companies and enterprises and investors with regard to their German subsidiaries and M&A-activities in Germany as well as German companies and entrepreneurs with regard to corporate law issues in cases with a foreign connection. For acquisitions of (parts of) foreign enterprises as well as in transactions involving cross border aspects we coordinate/lead the process as central contact for our clients and draft and negotiate the transaction documentation, closely cooperating with foreign law counsel.
