Our clients are both, family companies, entrepreneurial families and family offices, but likewise strategic investors (particularly, group companies with venture capital departments) and venture capital companies.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"LEFT\">Start-ups.<\/h3>\n<p>We guide our start-up clients and their founders during all phases of the development of the company, i.e.: starting with the incorporation of the company, the drafting and revision of the company documentation (especially articles of association and participation agreements) up to the drafting of employee participation programs, funding rounds and possible exit scenarios.
